Trouble with Your Password?
- Your password is case sensitive. Please make sure you included any capital letters, and check if your Caps Lock is on.
- Your password cannot contain spaces.
- Your password must be at least eight (8) characters long.
- If you have forgotten your password, you can recover your password.
- Your email address cannot contain spaces.
- Be sure you use your email address and not your name.
- Be sure to type your full email address, in the format youremail@provider.com
- If you no longer have access to your email address, you must still use it to log in. Then you can change your email address in your Profile.
- If you no longer use the email address you signed up with you'll still need to sign in using your original email address and password. After logging in, you can change your email address you use to sign in.
